Exchanges & store credit

Sometimes a piece just isn't the one — the length is off, the color reads different in person, it happens. Here's how we make it painless:

• Exchanges are easy. Text us within a few days of delivery and we'll swap your piece for a different size or color (as long as it's unworn, with any tags still on).
• Store credit instead of refunds. If there's nothing you want to swap into right now, we'll add the amount to your store credit — it sits on your account and comes off your next order automatically.
• Our mistake? We fix it. If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we'll make it right immediately — delivery included.
